Who We Are
Queensdale Residential is a team of property specialists - a network of architects, surveyors, planning consultants, designers, engineers, agents, builders, joiners, glaziers, audiovisual engineers, landscapers and professional buyers. They are led by the company director, Fiona Paré, who brings in each of the above depending on the individual client’s requirements.
Fiona Paré - Director
Fiona grew up in Queensdale Place with architects, builders and building projects as a near-constant in her life as her parents redeveloped one house after another and sometimes several at a time. After eight years in the City as a Director at UBS, Fiona moved sector and began buying, renovating and selling houses privately and also on behalf of clients. Over this period, she and her team have run many projects of differing sizes and budgets - always in London – Kensington and Chelsea, Clapham, Battersea, Westminster, Hammersmith and Fulham. She now runs the business full time alongside raising two young apprentices, currently ten and thirteen.
