Property Redevelopment

At the outset, we work with clients to look at two things:

1 - Where most usefully to extend to improve the property for living purposes; 

2 – How we can try and ensure any works add value in the event of sale.  

Once this has been established, we put together a team to deliver the project.

Planning and Permissions

For planning and permissions, we work with architects, surveyors, engineers and planning consultants to help our clients plan the space they want to create, often securing permission in situations where others have failed. 

Detail, Engineering and Tender

Once permissions are in place, we arrange detailed drawings including lighting, joinery and outside areas before preparing a detailed scope of work and putting the project to tender.  We then work together to negotiate a deal with the contractors; party wall awards are also handled by us alongside the tender process.

The Works

We oversee works and liaise between parties to ensure the redevelopment works are delivered on time and on budget, involving interior, AV and landscape designers and other specialists as required.  At the end of the project, we ensure the works are signed off for the Council and that all certification is provided as well as establishing an ongoing relationship with the contractor to address any issues that arise down the line.
