Our aim is to make high-quality sourcing simpler and more transparent. Every purchase or return is processed through your personal online portal, with a fixed administration fee of £60 per transaction. Behind the scenes, we handle your invoices and payment reminders - and track your total savings, so you can feel confident that your membership is delivering genuine value. If there is a supplier you love who is not currently part of our network, just let us know - we are happy to explore opening a trade account on your behalf.

New Homeowner
Queensdale’s New Homeowner Membership is designed to bring clarity, calm, contacts and practical help to this early stage. It’s a tailored three-month membership created specifically for people who have recently moved house - when decisions feel urgent, budgets feel stretched and time is at a premium.
Think of Queensdale as an experienced friend who understands the pressures of a move and a build and has a black book like no other. When you move house, what you often need most is someone who has done it before, understands the situation, sees the bigger picture and knows where to get a deal.

From full refurbishments to relocation and long-term residential investments, it includes everything offered in the Classic tier, with added personal involvement and direct access to our Director and senior team. Every Signature member receives the highest standard of care, which is why this tier is offered to a select few dependent on capacity.
Behind the scenes, we quietly handle the administration and logistics from our Battersea headquarters. We slice through the overwhelm, keeping things moving and giving you confidence in your decisions at every step.

Nonpareil
The Nonpareil tier is the highest level of Queensdale membership. It is reserved for members with more demanding property portfolios and ambitious projects that require much more extensive level of personal involvement to deliver.
Members benefit from continuous guidance at Director level, as well as priority access to our most senior network of architects, designers, artisans, and specialists across the globe. Every detail is considered, every introduction is intentional, and every decision is supported by years of accumulated insight.
Nonpareil is offered strictly by invitation and capacity is intentionally limited. This ensures that each member receives truly personalised attention, with discretion and confidentiality at the core of every engagement.

We understand that every home project is different. Whether you’re furnishing your first home, refreshing a room, or undertaking a full renovation, we’re here to help you navigate the options. The best way to find the right fit is to schedule a short, introductory call with our team. Because of the year-round value and benefits on offer, we don’t offer the option to pause membership. However, we understand that your needs may change over time which is why we have flexible membership tiers. You can view the different options above and request a change if there is a membership tier that is more suitable for your current situation.

We will explain this when we meet for the introductory meeting but please keep an eye on the calendar in the app for private events and to be kept informed on design-related events such as auctions, design exhibitions and open houses. In each instance, there will be a link for you to find out more. Some members request a Queensdale designer to accompany them to events where there are decisions to be made or a designer’s perspective is helpful. Please enquire directly with the team.

A trade account provides discounts that typically range from 5% to 40%, depending on the supplier and product type. Trade accounts are ideal for those purchasing regularly or in larger volumes and help ensure more competitive pricing across a wide range of items.

The team have worked a great many projects over the years and we have developed our network of suppliers based on style, quality, value and good service. Signature Membership will feel the most familiar. It builds on the same trusted support and level of involvement our clients have come to rely on – with direct access to our senior team and tailored help throughout your project. Signature is offered to a limited number of members each year to ensure we maintain this level of care.
