OUR BACKSTORY
Queensdale began,
as many good ideas do, around a kitchen table.
Plans unfurled across the surface, builders to chase, layouts to tweak, finishes to choose. Friends and neighbours came seeking clarity, needing someone to cut through the chaos and help them feel grounded in the process.
The guidance they needed was clear. Structure, reassurance, and access to people who could be trusted to deliver.
Today, Queensdale is a membership platform shaped by real expertise and lived experience, built to bring clarity to your home project – wherever you are in the journey.
Queensdale was founded in 2018 by Fiona Paré, whose lifelong connection to property began in childhood. Raised in Queensdale Place in Holland Park, Fiona grew up surrounded by architects, building sites, and endless possibilities for how a home could be shaped. After a successful career in the City as a Director at UBS, she returned to her roots of buying, renovating, and selling homes across London.
With every house, Fiona and her trusted team refined their approach by finding the balance between beauty and function and transforming vision into execution. Over a decade later, Queensdale is the culmination of that journey: a membership-based model designed to open up what can often feel like an exclusive, overwhelming industry.
