On 22nd September we joined the industry at the Inspiring Women in Property Awards dinner, where our founder, Fiona Paré, was named Woman of the Year Residential (Consultancy) 2026.

Fiona has spent twenty years in property development, an industry where women have long been underrepresented at the top. She founded Queensdale on her own terms, building it on the relationships and trust she has earned across the industry and on her belief that expertise should be shared openly rather than guarded. To see that approach recognised alongside so many women who are changing the face of property means a great deal.
